On July 29th, the Hangzhou final of the 7th "Maker China" and "Zhejiang Good Project" Small and Medium sized Enterprise Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition was grandly held at the Xinzhou Hotel. The final top 20, which emerged from hundreds of registered projects, competed on stage in the finals. At the finals, Huang Xiaohui, CEO of Zhixin Semiconductor (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd., presented a comprehensive presentation of the project in 8 minutes, including UV technology, chip applications, R&D team, and business prospects, demonstrating Zhixin Semiconductor's excellent team strength and core competitiveness. Zhixin Semiconductor (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. (AlGaN deep ultraviolet chip key technology research and product industrialization) won the third prize in the Hangzhou regional finals.
Centered around the directions of UV sterilization, UV medical treatment, UV detection, and UV communication, Zhixin Semiconductor has lofty ideals and missions, with the latest emission chip power exceeding 200MW, setting the latest world record. In the future, the ultraviolet emission chip WPE (luminous efficiency) will exceed 10%, and a highly sensitive day blind detection chip will be developed to achieve the application of day blind optical communication, creating a leading international semiconductor enterprise in China.
